Welcome to our oars website for the city of Kingston.
OARS online system is a program that publishes property information online in a searchable format so that the public can look up residential and commercial properties.
You will also have the ability to view sketches and photos of every property, search sales information, comparable property sales and assessments, and listing of exemptions.
Hopefully in the future tax bill information will be available on this site.
When searching for a property use only the street # and street name.
Do not put street (st) avenue (ave) or Lane(ln) etc…
It will find your property with just the number and street name.
